i found the location convenient near the train station. the breakfast was varied each day and quite satisfying. i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the hotel's proximity to the station meant i could hear the trains, but it reminded me of normal city sounds to me.
the gym is accessible through the spa, a slight inconvenience. the incense smell from the spa drifted into the gym. the gym also lacked air conditioning.

the location IS perfect. it is near the train station and bus station. the room was also spacious. there was very fast wifi in the WHOLE hotel.
i was placed in a completely different room with two separate small single beds. i booked a double bed. the BED was quite old and the mattress was very soft , , made it a nightmare to sleep on.
